Shenzhen Lighting Inc. warrants its new, factory certified products and its parts against defects in material during the specified warranty period. During this period, Shenzhen Lighting will, at its sole option, replace a defective product or part without charge to you. This excludes the cost of shipping, installation, field support, labor, loss of profit, or revenue.
Shenzhen Lighting Inc. ("Shenzhen Lighting") warrants all Shenzhen Lighting brand products, which you have purchased directly from Shenzhen Lighting or from an authorized distributors to be free from defects in materials under normal use during the warranty period. The customer will process their warranty claim with whomever they purchased from them.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS NORMAL USAGE ONLY. SHENZHEN LIGHTING DOES NOT WARRANT AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, ACCIDENTS, VIRUSES, UNAUTHORIZED SERVICE OR PARTS, OR THE COMBINATION OF SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS WITH OTHER PRODUCTS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER SOFTWARE OR NON-SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS. THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER PROVIDES ANY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO SOFTWARE OR NON-SHENZHEN LIGHTING BRANDED PRODUCTS.
LED Down Lights purchased in North America are warranted to be free from defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED Down Light fail within the first three years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it excluding the shipping cost.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Down Light.
LED UFO High Bay purchased in North America is warranted to be free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED UFO High Bay fail within the first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it excluding the shipping cost.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED UFO High Bay.
LED Wall Pack Lights purchased in North America are warranted to be free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED Wall Pack fail within the first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it excluding the shipping cost.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Wall Pack.
LED Parking Lot Lights purchased in North America are warranted to be free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED Parking Lot Light fail within the first five years, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it excluding the shipping cost.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Parking Lot Light.
LED Rope Lights are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED Rope Lights have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Rope Light.
LED Signs purchased in North America are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original purchase. Should your LED sign fail within the first year, Shenzhen Lighting will replace it replacement excluding the shipping cost.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Signs.
Shenzhen Lighting brand modules are warranted to be free from defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED modules have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Modules.
LED flex tube JE-00XY-FN and power supplies are warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED Flex Tubes have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Flex Tubes.
MJ series LED driver (power supplies) is warranted to be free from defect for a period of five (5) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED drivers have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Drivers.
HM series LED controllers and dimmers are warranted to be free from defect for a period of one (1) years from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED Controllers and/or Dimmers have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Controllers or Dimmers.
LED Strips are warranted to be free from defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of their original purchase.
This limited warranty is valid only if the LED Strips have only been used with Shenzhen Lighting branded accessories.
During the warranty period, Shenzhen Lighting will replace defective products with new products, or serviced products that are equivalent to new products in performance. All exchanged parts and products replaced under this warranty will become the property of Shenzhen Lighting.
This warranty does not apply to any other costs incurred by the customer, such as, but not limited to installation, or removal, of the LED Strips.
This provision excludes products, which defects are caused by the customer and/or carrier’s mishandling. Please refer to the Warranty section of this page.
Customer shall email detailed information of defective products to info@shenzhenlighting.com
The information should include
1. Returned quantity
2. Model number
3. Problem description
4. Your contact information.
An RMA number will be emailed you with instructions.
Customer shall request DOA merchandise to be replaced within 5 days from the date of the original invoice.
Customer must request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number for the DOA product within 5 days from the date of the corresponding invoice issued.
When returning a product back to Shenzhen Lighting, it should be boxed and packed in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit. If the original packaging isn't available, a comparable box/carton that can withstand the weight of the product should be used. Fill the box with foam to prevent damage to the product during shipping. A damaged product will not be eligible for a return. For best results contact your carrier for their packing and shipping guidelines.
Any claims for loss or damage must be made directly to the carrier by the shipper.
Shenzhen Lighting will notify the customer within 2-4 business days of any damaged or non-Shenzhen Lighting products received Shenzhen Lighting reserves the right to refuse any shipment, which is suspected of damage.
Shenzhen Lighting RMA department will retain 5-10 business day in our facility to process your RMA.
In order to ensure a fast turn-around time, you will either receive an exact replacement of the product you sent in.
If the product is in warranty, Shenzhen Lighting will only pay for shipping the new product back to you.
Customers can request to return a product for credit ONLY if conditions below are met:
1. Product was purchased from Shenzhen Lighting or its authorized distributors
2. Product was purchased within 7 days (it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee)
3. You pay all shipping costs and the product is returned to us first
4. You received an RMA number from us.
All damages must be reported and noted on the bill of lading same day product is received, and emailed to info@shenzhenlighting.com immediately in order to properly file a claim report. Otherwise, customer is responsible for all incurred costs, which may include: labor, parts, and all related shipping charges.
Shenzhen Lighting retains the right to assess all warranty claims and to determine if damages are covered by the warranty. If your claim is not covered by the warranty, you will be contacted to determine whether you would like for us to return the product to you as received by Shenzhen Lighting at your cost, or for us to discard of it on your behalf.
